Wednesday Night Alive

Wednesdays, Jan. 13-March 31, 5:15-7:15 p.m.

Child care (birth-age 3) available upon request, 6-7:15 p.m./ Nursery

Program Director:  Teresa Farwell

Starting Jan. 13 through March 31, Wednesday Night Alive resumes at Stockton United Methodist Church, a great place to eat dinner followed by meaningful activities for children, youth and adults.

The serving line is open every Wednesday, 5:15-5:45 p.m. in the Family Life Center.

At 5:45 p.m., children (grades K-4) move to Faith Weaver Friends where they sing songs, create crafts, learn Bible stories and play games; and youth (grades 5-12) move to youth hand bells choir rehearsal.

At 6 p.m., adults move to the course of their choice: The Power of a Praying Parent, led by Vickie Shipps, or Favorite Bible Passages, led by Bob Ballenger and Leonard Burton. Adult hand bells choir rehearses every Wednesday, 7-8 p.m. and adult choir rehearses 8-9 p.m.

We invite everyone in the community. Come as you are, bring your family, invite your friends. Free transportation is available within a five mile radius of the church. Donations are accepted to cover the cost of the meal; study materials are provided at no cost.

Help us prepare enough food by registering by noon the Tuesday before the Wednesday you plan to eat dinner.

Register for dinner, courses and child care online or call the church office (276-4717) by noon Tuesday before you plan to eat.
